Research On Developing Strategy For The Industry Of International Project Contracting Of Jilin Province

Economic globalization has been the irreversible historic trend. China became the full member of the WTO in 2001 and our economy will blend into the mainstream of the world economy gradually. Internationalization of domestic market, localization of international market, market exchange and profit sharing become the common principles. International project contracting enterprises in the building industry of Shandong Province will face up more opportunities and challenges with the changed market environment. In this situation, it has been an urgent issue for the building enterprises in Jilin province to establish a scientific development strategy, focus on the right overseas market and adopt the right methods to improve its competitiveness in accordance with the changing of the outside environment. The international project contracting enterprise in Jilin province should focus on how to develop them into an invincible position in the furious international competition.In this article, we scan the international environment, domestic environment and the environment of the industry. We also compared and analyzed the comprehensive competitiveness, advantages, the existing problems and the overseas markets. In the end, we have some development strategies and detailed methods for different kinds of enterprises.This paper includes six parts. In the first part, we point out the main content and the method used in this article; In the second part, we introduce the relate theory of the article, it includes International Engineering and Strategy Management; In the third part, we analyzed the international environment, domestic environment and the industrial environment. In the fourth part, we scan the current position of International Project Contracting in Jilin province and existing problems in the enterprises. In the fifth part, we proposed orientation strategies for the existing three types of enterprises and framed some detailed methods for them to improve their competitiveness and exploit the overseas market; in the sixth part, we give out a conclusion.In conclusion, the paper believes that international project contracting enterprises in Jilin province should establish their strategies in line with their own situation and improve their comprehensive competitiveness through the ways of improving inner ability and ally with other enterprises. Carry out various strategies in different markets, exploit new market while consolidating old market and realize the sound, stable and sustained development. Hope the analysis and studies .In this paper could provide some references for international project contracting enterprises while establishing scientific strategies, improving comprehensive competitiveness and exploiting overseas market.
