In recent years, with a series of public events, such as the "Sanlu milk powder","shoes yogurt" happened, and the "two-oriented society","green economy" and other related concepts proposed, corporate social responsibility attracted more and more social extensive attention. Overall development of enterprises is an important foundation for the development of China’s national economy, and an important guarantee of social stability. The sustainable growth of enterprises can effectively promote the economic development of our country. From the essence of the enterprise profit, the enterprise is considering that taking the social responsibility will have what kind of effect for their own survival and development, it increases enterprise’s economic burden only, or leads to the long-term interests of enterprises.This article is based on this thinking to corporate social responsibility and business growth to study the relationship between.The study based on a view of relevant stakeholders, and after analyzing relevant literature, the paper selected three aspects of profit ability, expansion ability and operation ability to measure enterprise’s growth. And got the growth score of the listing Corporation sample by using the principal component analysis method. When measuring the enterprise social responsibility, the paper selected five basic dimensions included the government, investors, employees, public welfare and the law. On the basis of above work, the paper chooses manufacturing industry listing Corporation as a research sample, taking the growth of enterprises and the score of social responsibility into regression model to test the relationship between them. To fully consider the endogenous impact, this article discussed the empirical study from two aspects respectively:(1)the social responsibility of the enterprise’s influence on the growth of enterprises;(2) enterprises affect the growth of corporate social responsibility.In this study, through the establishment of regression model, and using the SPSS19.0software to analyze the sample data, the article have tested these hypotheses. The results show that, there is a significant positive correlation between corporate social responsibility and business growth, and they promote and influence each other. Corporate social responsibility is conducive to the growth of enterprise promotion, at the same time the enterprise grow better and more can promote the enterprises to actively take on social responsibility. Finally, according to the results of empirical research, the article put forward some Suggestions on the social problems of Chinese enterprises; it Hopes that through the legal regulations and actively taking by enterprise itself to norm enterprises’social responsibility behavior, To improve the corporate social responsibility initiative willingness.
