Abstract:In recent years, The new energy industry has developed rapidly in our country, But there is no denying that china’s new energy industry is currently facing a bottleneck. The development experience of new energy industry in the developed countries has shown that it is a necessary way to use technology innovation to promote new energy to realize intensive and technical industries and to achieve efficient and sustainable development. Therefore, researching on technology innovation investment performance of China’s new energy enterprises through theoretical analysis and empirical research, has important theoretical significance and practical value to further test the important role of enterprise technology innovation investment, to improve the resources allocation of the technology innovation investment and improve the level of technology innovation investment performance.This paper, based on innovation, technological innovation, enterprise performance and other related theoretical studies and literature review in the domestic and foreign, using the methods of multiple linear regression,Cobb-Douglas production function,DEA and DEA-Malmquist,studies technology innovation investment of the new energy enterprise effect on its performance and evaluates technology innovation investment performance. In this paper, the main work includes:(1) on the basis of analyzing and combing technological innovation performance theory, the meaning of technology innovation investment performance is established in this paper;(2) From the point of theory,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of technology innovation investment performance and the effects, the technology innovation investment has on its performance and the technical innovation investment performance;(3) using multiple linear regression and Cobb-Douglas production function,this paper empirically tests the effects, the technology innovation investment has on its performance;(4) Using DEA and DEA method, from two aspects of static and dynamic Malmquist this paper measures and evalues the technology innovation investment performance of new energy enterprise.By empirical research, this paper draws the following conclusions: Firstly, the technology innovation input of new energy enterprise has a positive role in promoting performance output; Secondly technological innovation input has the hysteresis and cumulative impacts on of performance output, the best lag period is two years; Thirdly, The technology innovation performance level of new energy enterprises in our country is low, but still presents a slow growth trend, technology innovation investment performance level of different enterprises is very different, the level of technology innovation investment performance is influenced by technological progress, enterprise scale and management level.There are19graphics,26charts and87references in this paper.
