Research On The Influence Of Technological Innovation On The Development Of Regional Economy Under The Background Of Internet

Nowadays,the world is undergoing a revolutionary change.With the rapid popularization and application of science and technology and the Internet,the society has begun to enter the information age from the industrial age,and technological innovation has also become an important factor in economic growth.I is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the relationship between technological innovation and regional economic development under the background of Internet by combining Internet with technological innovation.This paper summarizes the previous research results,using Cobb-Douglas production function,using econometrics panel data model for data analysis,taking eastern,central and western China as the research object.The development and changes of the Internet in recent years,the correlation between technological innovation and economic development,and the gap between the level of technological innovation in the three regions of East,Middle and West are analyzed in depth,according to the results of the research.Three regional economic development countermeasures are put forward.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development of the Internet and technological innovation,and concludes that there is a certain correlation between the technological innovation and the Internet.Then,according to the research of relevant scholars,selected the indicators that affect the regional economic development,including logistics,total energy consumption,technological innovation,Internet and other important factors of regional economic development,taking labor and capital as control variables.Through the descriptive statistical analysis of each index by Eviews software,the change of each index in 2004-2016 period is obtained,and the investment ofInternet development and technological innovation in various provinces and cities is increasing,and other regional economic development is affected by it.The index also presents different forms of change.The total input of each index in the eastern region is larger than that in the central and western regions,but there is little difference between the central and western regions.After the descriptive statistical analysis of each variable,the paper makes an empirical analysis between technological innovation and regional economy.The panel data of 30 provinces municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2004 to 2016 are constructed and the impact of technological innovation on regional economic development under the background of Internet is analyzed empirically by using Eviews software.This paper analyzes the different influences of the technological innovation investment on the economic development in the east,the middle and the west,and compares the differences among the three regions.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,some suggestions are put forward for the economic development of the east,middle and west regions of China,so as to improve the level of regional technological innovation.To strengthen the influence of the Internet and to gradually narrow the gap between the three regional economic development to provide a theoretical and practical reference.
