ZSG Equipment Repair Management Research

Abstract:Equipment management is the basic task for modern enterprise production management, with equipment maintenance as a significant subsystem.The evolution and its related management theory of equipment management and maintenance are introduced in this paper; and the characteristics of various stages of its maintenance are described in this article. The equipment maintenance strategy has been studied for Zhuzhou Smelter Group (ZSG, hereinafter). Due to the typical representativeness of ZMG in the industry, the conclusion can be applied to companies throughout the industry, suggesting that this would lead to a significant impact on equipment and maintenance for the whole industry as a strong reference.Based on a deep analysis of problems existing in the equipment maintenance at ZSG, it is found that problems exist such as:there is an inconsistence between equipment use and maintenance, unevenness of maintenance personnel quality, lack of execution in inspection system, and a disorder in spare parts management. To solve these problems, this paper aims to propose a comprehensive equipment maintenance scheme. By adjusting the equipment maintenance management organizational structure, standardize the equipment inspection system, promote the standardization and electronization of equipment management, reinforce employee training, and gradually improve the qualities and skills f employees, to realize full efficiency, system-wide, full participation in the quipment management. With the application and further promotion of overall equipment maintenance management, this organization could develop and make progress towards modern organization management.Studies have suggested, the fixed thought and traditional idea in the head that so long as change people, fully realize the maintenance of equipment to the influence degree realizing the goal of enterprise, fully employ the development achievement of the modern science and technology, direct against enterprise’s domestic and foreign environment and apparatus actual conditions, in right time to go on, innovate and improve to maintenance.
