Research On Building The Mode Of The University-industry Collaborative Innovation With The Enterprise As The Main Body

In today’s world, the development of science and technology are increasinglyprofound impact on people’s life and social development, in the knowledge economyera, technological innovation has already become a powerful driving force to socialdevelopment, if a country want to have a higher status in the international community,and hope to leap in the national economic development, it cannot ignore thebreakthrough in scientific and technological innovation. With the further deepening ofeconomic globalization, China’s enterprises, universities, research institutes and otherorganizations are facing the pressure from the international community, disparate agehas gone, to university-industry synergy innovate and collect human resources,economic resources and social resources for joint research and development, is anecessary choice to enhance the core competitiveness.With the support of the government, the collaboration of U-I has been carried outfor more than20years, although the U-I in our country has made some achievements,but because the time is shorter, experience is still insufficient, in our country theproblem of science and technology and economic are independent is still exist. Howto better promote U-I collaborative innovation, has always been a concern andresearch of many scholars. At present, our country’s study in collaborative innovationsubject position of China’s enterprises are not obvious, the main body role also didn’tget into full play, affecting the depth of the development of production, collaborativeinnovation.In this background, this paper puts forward that our country should adopt toenterprise as the main body of cooperative innovation mode of U-I. Base on theresearch of the cooperate mode, operate mechanism and the government function ofU-I collaborative innovation from scholars both at home and abroad, from theparticipation main body number and participation main body status and role of ourcountry cooperative innovation mode of production, has carried on the classificationand, at the same time also for collaborative innovation mode of production in thedeveloped countries and the government’s support policy for a sum up, through thecontrast analysis of the study in collaborative innovation mode selection, thecooperation mechanism, the enterprise status and the function of the government andother aspects of specific issues, finally it is concluded that we should take theimplication of collaborative innovation in enterprise as the main body, choose asuitable model, to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism, and aims at withenterprise as the main body of the production, the advantages and characteristics ofcollaborative innovation, implementation mechanism and superiority has carried onthe detailed explanation. At the end of the article, I chose an example of a companythat takes part in U-I collaborative innovate to testify the case and opinion.
