The Research Of Evaluation Index System On Public Projects Sustainability Based On The Ecological Theory

Public projects are the basic elements that make up the composition of theregional system, the construction of social development and regional systems ofpublic projects, economic and ecological development are inseparable, theirsustainability is essential for the sustainable development of the regional system.Effectively evaluate the sustainability of public projects, to understand all the factorsof the importance of public projects for sustainable development, while providing atheoretical basis for the construction and development of public projects. This articleis to construct the evaluation index system and evaluation method based on thesustainability of public projects ecology theory research and analysis.Firstly, the theory of sustainable development, combined with sustainableecological theory of public projects to define and divide. And stood under theperspective of ecology, that public projects ecosystems and natural ecosystemssimilar composition, structure, hierarchy levels and basic features.Second, the reference to the ecological place of theory, this paper studied thebinding properties of public projects and public projects constitute the ecosystemfrom both internal and external aspects of the qualitative analysis of the sustainabilityof public works. Then use statistical sampling method to select a representativepublic projects as the research object, the establishment of an initial indicator systemthrough literature analysis.Then, in the form of a questionnaire survey to obtain data, using SPSS softwareto analyze data filtering initial targets, eventually establishing sustainabilityevaluation system based on ecological theory of public projects.Finally, the AHP and coordination degree model theory, build coordinationdegree model based on AHP.
