Many managers believe that the modern enterprise is a "one-third rely on technology, seven by management," especially human resources management, enterprise development is an indispensable power.G Company is located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, by the China Grain Reserves Corporation Holdings, is a grain B2B transaction services, information services, prices publish, corporate Internet access and other functions in one comprehensive professional food industry portal. As a "food e-commerce," the leader, G company continued to grow and develop at the same time, its inherent performance management system is also facing further reform and improve in order to meet the company’s growth rate. In this paper, Company G for the study, combined with the actual, for enterprise performance management problems, such as performance appraisal index design is not reasonable, the lack of effective communication and feedback, and many other issues, the use of key performance indicators such as performance management methods, G’s performance management system to optimize the design, and strive to build the company to adapt to the current state of development, but can quickly enhance the company’s core competitiveness and operational efficiency of the performance management system.In this paper, the G corporate performance management system design process, the analysis of the G corporate performance management problems and deficiencies, and to address these issues on the G’s performance management system has been re-optimization and design. Full body is divided into four chapters, the first chapter introduces the research background and the purpose and significance of the study and put ideas and methods of this study have also done a brief overview; second chapter briefly describes the G’s profile and development strategy, focusing on analysis of the G’s performance management problems and deficiencies; the third chapter is a key part of the paper, a detailed exposition of specific G optimize corporate performance management system design principles, ideas and methods, and key performance indicators and performance management process design are described; fourth chapter is G’s performance management program implementation section. Hope that through the G corporate performance management system optimized to enhance the company’s performance management level, but also hope that this study will give the other company’s human resource management to provide references.
