| Urban and rural is two kinds of different regional forms, they are interdependent andinfluence each other, with the development of social economy, they constantly deepen theexchange on the substance, energy and information. The relationship between the urban andrural is the most fundamental, the most core regional relations. The ideal model ofdevelopment is from the initial separation, opposite to the open, harmonious, then to the urbanand rural integration, ultimately they achieve urban-rural integration state.The ultimate goal ofurban and rural integration is to realize the equality and consistent of urban and rural in manyaspects, promote urban and rural coordination and sustainable development.So, forHeilongjiang province, which has a dual structure between urban and rural areas, it hasimportant practical significance to research level and the spatial pattern of urban-ruralintegration development and grasp the development characteristics and direction.In this paper, the research idea is: Firstly, on the basis of discussing the connotation ofthe urban-rural integration and the development, I discuss the urban-rural integrationdevelopment environment and clear the advantages and disadvantages of development inHeilongjiang province; Next, construct the evaluation index system of urban-rural integrationdevelopment, then quantificationally evaluate Heilongjiang provincial, district’s and county’surban-rural integration levels by principal component analysis, and analyze its mechanism ofaction; At last, conduct the global autocorrelation and partial autocorrelation for Heilongjiangcounty’s urban-rural integration development by exploratory spatial data analysis method toexplore the spatial pattern, then reveal problems in Heilongjiang county’s urban-ruralintegration process.Main conclusions include:(1)The level of the integration in Heilongjiang province is onthe rise as a whole, it has a good state of development, but affected by the economicdevelopment in the process of development it has certain twists.(2)There are gaps in districtfor urban-rural integration, some districts have sprung up; On the whole it appears unbalanceddistribution on the space, main show is that the north is higher than the south, the west ishigher than the east, and there are several abnormal points appeared.(3)The level of county’surban-rural integration is not high as a whole, half of the counties are under the average levelof development; Counties develop well in Harbin surroundings on the space, the southeast ishigher than the northwest on the whole.(4)By the analysis of county space differentiation pattern, the interaction among the counties of Heilongjiang province is weaker as a whole,basically in a state of respective isolation development, especially the north-central regions,the connection between the county and the county basic does not exist, it has a high valueagglomeration phenomenon only in the south regions of Harbin.(5) Put forward the urban andrural development path of Heilongjiang province,then chose the urban and rural integrationdevelopment, the path of urbanization and new rural construction development based on thecurrent situation of the development path. |
