Study On The Risk Management Of Pilot Training Management System

As the constant developing of the civil aviation safety management, every airlines is searching and building up the system of safety management fitting the regulations and laws of their country and also according with their circumstance. The risk management plays the most important part in the system of safety management. There are lots of articles regarding how to set upthe entire system of safety management for airlines. However let’s aiming at the system of the training and management for pilot, as long period, excessive procedures, complex demand, and uncontrollable human factor are the factorsof the training for pilots, so how to use the risk management to improve the quality of the training for pilots is the subject which should be discussed as priority. A method of risk management especially for the training for pilots has been discussed and set up in this thesis, by analyzing and researching various techs and methods.The procedure and suggestionfor how to developing the risk management have been concluded in this article by analyzing the processes of how to introducethe risk management into the system of training management for pilots in Shenzhen Airlines the fifth largest airlines in china. Also using SHELL model to analyze the system and process of training management system for pilots, and figuring out the source of risk in the safety risk; andusing the qualitative and quantitative risk assessment model to assess the possibility and seriousness, building the model of safety risk analysis and assessment; by the introduction of human factor analysis method to analyze the cause of risk and introducing the gist of the measures to control risk; through matching the safety guarantee method, introducing how to operating risk management in the long run; by the application of safety management system assessment method to prove the effects of risk management.Through the analysis of the case, it’s possible to solve the problem of how to lead every process of risk management, the analysis of risk and how to choose the proper method for specific airline; it also analyzes the difficulties and suggestionsfor leading the risk management in training system for pilots, in the mean time it solves the problem of assessing the effects and quality of operating the risk management, in order to reduce the risk in pilots training and meet the purpose of reduce the unsafely factors in theflight operation.
