Study On The Highway Emergency Response Mechanism Of Jilin Province

From the birth of the highway，with the rapid development until now，the role of thenational economic development and integrated transport system in the increasingly prominent.Smooth and efficient highway network, effectively promote the goods and the free movementof factors of production across the country, reducing the regional disparities, to some extent,increased employment, and the development of related industries.The rapid development ofthe highway has brought tremendous impetus to the economic and social development, butalso presents complex challenges. With the increase of highway mileage, the frequency ofhighway emergencies also significantly increased, which caused more and more damage toroad safety, the degree of harm to the people’s life and property can not be underestimated.How scientific establishment highway emergency response mechanism, has become a majorissue which can be the decision of the highway management level.In this paper, the author based on the analyzes of highway emergency responsemechanism of Jilin, in combination with crisis management theoretical knowledge, analyzesand summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the highway emergency responsemechanism of Jilin, points out the existing problems, and put forward improvementsuggestion, with the hoping to contribute to the field of study.There are five parts in this paper.The first part is an introduction, describes the background, status and significance of theresearch; relevant theoretical results at home and abroad; research objectives and researchmethods.The second part presents basic concepts and theories, outlining the highway emergencyresponse mechanism of Jilin; introduce the structure of the highway emergency responsemechanism of Jilin; clear the principles of the structure to the highway emergency responsemechanism of Jilin.The third part analyzes the current situation of the highway emergency responsemechanism of Jilin; summarize the advantages and pointed out the existing problems,analyzes the reasons of the formation to these problems.The fourth part analyzes the methods to solve the problem which existing in theoperation of the highway emergency response mechanism of Jilin, and proposed themeasures.The fifth part is the conclusion of this paper, pointing out the lack of this research, andlooking forward to the development of the highway emergency response mechanism of Jilinin the future.
