Along with the economic development in our country, the people’s livingstandard is getting better and better in our country, children’s gardening tools in Chinamarket capacity also increases. A number of foreign enterprises in our country, after"WTO accession" to further strengthen the market development in China. And ourchildren’s gardening tools production enterprises to develop foreign markets arestruggling, the reason is that these countries’ tariff barriers and anti-dumping policyand so on. Each big garden tools company is constantly seeking breakthrough for thedevelopment of the Chinese market, in order to build the Chinese market in matchwith the international market.In this paper, JL company as the research object, the writer used the backgroundresearch, industry analysis, business analysis, statistics and analysis methods do theresearch job. JL company’s marketing strategy for a detailed description and analysisof the merits of marketing strategy for the promotion, the writer suggestsimprovements for the short comings recommendations. This paper is a case studypaper, so during the thesis writing, the writer carried out a detailed investigation andanalysis of data, and related personnel were interviewed to obtain the most realisticand the most realistic data line information.Children’s gardening tools, JL company mainly sales in our country, this paperfirst analyzes the gardening tools industry development status, macro and competitionenvironment, and so on, and then using the method of marketing different analysis ofthe current situation of JL company sales of children’s gardening tools, mainlyanalyzes the facing existing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threat, and thensummarizes the development process of obstacles. Analysis of children’s gardeningtools, JL company products in the Chinese market potential market capacity, children’s gardening tools, JL company put forward the thinking and countermeasuresof garden tools in China marketing. The main content of this paper are as follows:The first part summarizes the full text of the research background, researchpurpose, research ideas and the main innovation points. The fifth part for children’s gardeningtools, JL company marketing put forward concrete policy Suggestions, mainlyproduct innovation strategy, experience strategy, integration strategy, chain strategyand strategy of the database.This thesis has strong practical and realistic significance. This paper not only atthe theoretical derivation level, even through rigorous statistics and field visits, aswell as the children’s gardening tool of JL companies have detailed informationgathering, and extends to the entire industry, information collection and analysis, andthus the inverter and the market has matured understanding. On the basis of rigorousanalysis, through marketing knowledge, draw conclusions and recommendations ofmaneuverability.
