Tariff recovery, which is one of the necessary elements of the electricity power enterprise development directly affect the quality of power supply enterprise economy. As a special commodity that applies the rule of "payment after usage", electricity power enterprise should bear the risk of late payment or bad debt. Electricity has a great influence on both the public and the coorperations, and vice versa, which brings many difficulties and risks to the work of tariff recovery. Therefore, the risk management research of electricity power enterprise is significant in both theoretical and practical field.This research is based on literature analysis, case example, comparative analysis, AHP and delphi method to analyse risk management of electricity power enterprise’s terrify recovery taking Xintai electricity power enterprise as an example. First section presents the basic notation and methods of risk management of electricity power enterprise’s terrify recovery. Second section describes the present situation of electricity power enterprise’s terrify from many different aspects, such as characteristics of electricity sales, electricity management status, sales amount of electricity and risk management of the tariff recovery. In the third section, giving Xintai electricity power enterprise as a standard, a complete states of electricity power enterprise’s terrify is demonstrated from risk identification, risk assessment, risk control, risk management. The assessment of the electricity power enterprise terrify is accomplished by constructing credit evaluation index system of the electricity power enterprise based on AHP and delphi method. By practical example, this research verifies the feasibility, rationality and reliability of the relevant theory and methods of risk management. Finally, a conclusion and targeted recommendations on promotion of new forms of tariff payment system, sub-allocation system, prepaid electricity system are give based on the present situation.
