According to the general theory and the basic method of post-evaluation of invested projects,and the impact of customer credit rating on tariff recovery, combined with the current situation of China's tariff recovery management,a systematic,comprehensive research of the customer credit rating on tariff recovery of project post-evaluation was given in this paper.Then put forward the indicators system and evaluation methods,adapted to China's customer credit rating on tariff recovery of project post-evaluation,built a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of customer credit rating.Last,application sample was set up for a further,extensive and successful study of the project post-evaluation for customer credit rating.This evaluation system was divided into five topics,including credit risk management,tariff recovery risk,the development trend,credit rating model and the systerm of tariff recovery management.
