Post-Evaluation On The Economic Benefits Of Lubei Thermal Power Plant Project

The paper showed the background and significance of post-evaluation on powet plant construction project, and analyzed the economic benefits of Lubei thermal power plant new project. Through reading lots of the relevant literature, combined with the investigation for the Lubei thermal power plant, the paper gave a brief introduction about economic benefits evaluation methods as the study subject to supply the basic information for the research below. The paper divided the post-evaluation of the economic benefits into the availability of funds analysis, cost analysis, financial capacity analysis, break-even analysis, sensitivity analysis and EVA analtsis.In the comprehensive evaluation of the project, first, based on the actual situation as well as the national economy development plans of Lubei, the paper established the evaluation indicators system and introduced fuzzy AHP evaluation model.The paper determined the degree of membership with the fuzzy evaluation model, and conducted the comprehensive evaluation of the project. Then, this article conducted comparison analtsis with other projects of DaTang based on the G1method and ideal point method, and conducted the post-evaluation of the project economic benefits.In this paper, the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods were used to summarize the experience and lack of the economic aspects of Lubei new project, and the specific measures and suggestions for specific issues were proposed.The paper systematically evaluated the financial benefits of Lubei thermal new project, and put the index system and the economic evaluation model into the post-evaluation of Lubei thermal power plant new project, which will improve the scientific and rationality of future investment decisions, make an important contribution to sustainable development of Lubei thermal power plant, and play a positive role in Shan Dong province’s economic development.
