Predicted the traffic volume, offerred preliminary opinion for project construction content,arranged the implementation of the project progress management and organization, discussed the plans and raise of fund, analysed the economic benefits and risks for project to produce, and the objective evaluated impacts on environment of the construction project;the last, comprehensive analysis all respects, project construction are important, significant social and economic benefits, capital guaranteed, reasonable construction scheme, construction project feasibility.In this thesis, we do comprehensive research for the necessity of construction of the project, technical feasibility, economic rationality, society of implementation possibilities, advantages and other aspects.It has a guiding role for implementation of Yunlong Avenue(A), also has a certain reference value on the other the construction of highway project.
