Research On Integrated Planning Management Calculation Model In Grid Enterprises Based On System Dynamics

Comprehensive planning management of grid enterprises is to manage investment budge, project investment, technical innovation, science and technology and engineering together. Make the optimal scheme of the enterprises through the equilibrium analysis of input-output benefit. Clear logical relation of each work is essential in comprehensive planning control. The maximization of the benefit of the company could be reached, when all the work is in an optimal planning. Due to the unidirectional circular causation, simple linear and quiescent character of balanced scorecard, the complex, feedback, dynamic comprehensive planning control couldn’t be realized if balanced scorecard was exclusive use. The balanced measure tools of comprehensive planning are needed to improve.Based on the characteristics of system dynamics, the paper use it with balanced scorecard to analysis the articulation between finance, enterprise growth, customer satisfaction and internal maintained, and build strategic objective-core index-resource input planning balanced measure modal.Firstly, the paper analyzed the current situation of comprehensive planning control in grid enterprises and lay stress on the disadvantages of balanced scorecard in comprehensive planning control. Secondly, summarized the steps of combining system dynamics and balanced scorecard based on the main characteristics of system dynamics. Thirdly, built comprehensive planning balanced measure modal containing finance, enterprise growth, customer satisfaction and internal maintenance based on balanced scorecard strategy framework and system dynamics tool; finally, presented strategy aim contribution and solving problems contribution.The comprehensive planning balanced measure modal in this paper, considered the global and local business circumstance, long and short enterprise value of grid enterprises. It had the characteristics of comprehensiveness, feedback and complexity. It provided more scientific measure tool for the comprehensive planning control of grid enterprises. It has very important practical implications for improving business efficiency and optimization of resource distribution of grid enterprises.
