Options strategies for their own development, determines thesuccess or failure in the competition.LH Ventilation Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in1999, leading products for gaspressure blowers, as well as power plant boiler centrifugal fan, centrifugal fan hightemperature corrosion, mining and other energy-saving axial fan of68series of fanproducts. Since its inception, with Xi’an Jiaotong University, Huazhong University ofScience and Technology, Shandong University of Technology closely and become manyuniversities teaching experimental base for the company to introduce technical personnel,science and technology enterprises, the rapid development provides a good foundation.After10years of development, now has developed into a staff of286people,15seniorprofessional and technical personnel36people, the annual output value of50million ofmedium-sized wind turbine business. The LH as a private company, unscientificmanagement, to keep pace with the market economy, the traditional sense of beingshackled family ’s long-term development, an invincible position in the competition, it isnecessary for the competitive strategy conduct research to find a suitable path for their owndevelopment, to gain a competitive advantage.Firstly, the use of literature research method to sort out domestic and foreign strategic management theory and analysis, the theory and practice of strategic research LHcompetitive marketing.
