| Since the reform and opening-up, China economy experienced rapid development. Theaverage annual economic growth rate reached10.3%in the first11years in twenty-firstCentury. China become the second largest economy of the world in2010. But Chineseeconomic began to decline since2008. With the disappearance of the demographic dividend,thing ministry economy growth difference, surpass of the "middle income trap" and otherproblems in front of us. China need to find new sources to maintain sustained growth. This isthe source of human capital. Based on the relationship between education human capital,health human capital and regional economic growth, has the important theory significanceand the practical significance to maintain the high speed growth of Chinese economy.This paper is based on the human capital theory, the new classical economic growththeory and the endogenous economic growth theory. Drawing the relevant research results ofhuman capital and economic growth at home and abroad, by combining qualitative analysiswith quantitative analysis, comparative analysis and other methods, the author research therelationship between education, health human capital and regional economic growth in China.First, analysis of the impact of human capital on the channel of economic growth. Humancapital can be passed as input factors or income effect to promote economic growth. Secondly,we calculate education, health human capital of eastern and western in our country. Then weanalysis the qualitative and quantitative of education, health human capital different region ofour country.Finally, researching the relationship between education, health human capitaland regional economic growth in China by using the static measurement model. The resultsshow that, the most important factor to the growth of the economy of East and west area ismaterial capital investment. Education and human capital have positive effect on theeconomic growth in the eastern and middle region. But eastern region education humancapital output elasticity of is the maximum, and eastern owns the minimum. The output ofhealth human capital on the eastern and western regions has a positive effect, the westernregion has a negative effect.This paper explores the innovation in two aspects: one is researching the relationship ofthe real GDP growth rate and the stock of physical capital, human capital and education ofhealth human capital growth; the other one is in the accounting of human capital, based on previous studies, the health human capital accounting index is modified. Then calculatedhealth human capital situation of East and West from2002-2011years by the health index,.The shortcomings of this paper: one is the index of the education, health human capitalaccounting at home and abroad has not yet formed a unified standard, we have to modify theindex on the basis of previous studies. The second is the large amounts of data is too difficultto collect, lot of data can’t be got, so we have to rely on other indicators of substitution. |
