The Study Of The Inspur Group’s International Logistics Partner Selection Mechanism

The international logistics cooperation is a business model that suitable for the survivaland development of international freight forwarders at present stage. How to select theappropriate partners is critical to the success operation of international logistics alliance, andto the development of international logistics cooperation mode. This article is based on thispoint to study international logistics partner selection evaluation system and the selectionmethod.Firstly, this article introduced the related conception of the logistics partners, and basedon this conception we explain the definition of international freight logistics alliance partnersand selection process. Secondly, based on predecessors’ research achievements on theprinciples of partner selection evaluation and the current situation of logistics enterprises, wepreliminary constructed international logistics partner selection evaluation system. In order toamend evaluation system, questionnaire is used to analyze portion. Finally, we established theinternational logistics partner selection evaluation systemThis paper introduced the various selection methods and used analytic hierarchy process（AHP） and fuzzy pattern recognition as international freight forwarding logistics alliancepartner selection methods. Detailed described the steps of two methods. The above methodsare used to analyse inspur group`s international logistics partner selection mechanism, andproved their validity and feasibility. We conduct the initial screening decisions using AHPmethod and fuzzy evaluation method for final decision. It can effectively weaken the possiblenoise data in single factor, reduced the judgment factor during the process of partner selectionuncertain risks.
