In today’s increasingly integrated global economy, Chinese as related majoreconomies of the world and the world has become more and more closely. Whether theenterprise is from the world into China, or from the world into China, facing theenterprises not only have the operation and management problems, more emerging"cross-cultural" management. Can solve the problem successfully of cross-culturalmanagement, development trend is more and more influence to the enterprise,"cross-cultural" management become another important area of business management.This paper uses the theory knowledge of literature retrieval of cross-culturalmanagement research at home and abroad and cross-cultural management, the use ofinductive theory and model of enterprise cross culture management summary method,using survey research method for A company as an example of cross culture managementcase analysis. The study found the A company of three species of cross-culturalmanagement mode, found two problems, this chapter on the basis on the analysis of theproblems with the actual situation, the methods and steps of solution set A companycross-cultural management problems, provides the beneficial reference for solving thesimilar problems of cross culture management in the practical management in theenterprise.
