Thanks to the fast development of technology, people entered the age of information and economy, the integration of world economic is faster. More and more enterprises are making its way to globalization. Thus, the cross-cultural management has been an important issue that needs more deep research.The management of international enterprises is far more difficult than ordinary domestic enterprise. It is in a variable environment and affects by domestic and external environments. In the management activities, multinational enterprises often encounter cross-cultural conflicts resulted from different society culture, values, ethics. If the conflicts couldn’t be handled well, the enterprise may fail in its daily management and international strategy. How to design effective organizational structure and strategy, how to manage human resource, how to avoid cultural conflicts brought by cultural differences have been important concerns of cross-cultural enterprises.From the point of cross-cultural management, this article starts from the cross-cultural problems of M company. Then, use theories of cross-cultural, management communication, motivation to analyse underlying reasons. After that, put forward strategies and suggestions to help solving M company’s management problems. The article aims to help M company to improve staff morale, enterprise cohesion and competition. Besides, this article will provide reference for other cross-cultural enterprises.
