| In recent years, our country’s Farmer Professional Cooperatives have entered a new stage with the promulgation and implementation of "The Law of Farmer Professional Cooperative".These cooperatives played an important role in Promoting agricultural industrialization,speeding up the agriculture structure adjustment,increasing farmers’ income to get rich.But because of history and culture, etc,county farmers’ professional cooperatives of Youxian start late.With the rural economic development in the new situation and new requirements,There are many difficulties and problems in Farmers’ professional co-operatives.In this paper, by taking the country’s Farmer Professional Cooperatives in Youxian as an example, we study the issues in developing the Cooperatives with theoretical foundations in Economics, Sociology and Management.Firstly,related research results were summarized and evaluated. The development history of country’s Farmer Professional Cooperatives was reviewed with a critical thinking to form the basic thoughts and starting point of the paper. Based on these,the country’s Farmer Professional Cooperatives of Youxian was studied;results,effects and problems were analyzed with typical cases.Finally, the path for further development of country’s Farmer Professional Cooperatives in Youxian was given.The paper includes8chapters:In Chapter1, Introduction,background and objectives of this study were elaborated. After the summary and evaluation of the past studies, the research ideas and methods were introduced, and possible contributions were pointed out.In Chapter2, Basic Theories,in which main concepts used in this paper were defined. Basic theories of economics and management which used in this paper were introduced, including Systematic Transitional Theory, Communal Article Theory, Cooperative Theory.Chapter3is about the analysis of development current situation.this paper discussed this aspects as follows:development summary,regional distribution,areas of cooperation,Business scope,types,development quality,external conditions of country’s Farmer Professional Cooperatives. Chapter4is the results and effects about country’s Farmer Professional Cooperatives in Youxian.Chapter5is about main problems of country’s Farmer Professional Cooperatives in Youxian,including establishment,operating,members.Chapter6is about empirical analysis. Cooperatives Growing grapes of Tan Jia Long,cooperatives offering agricultural machinery service of Hope, cooperatives breeding pigs of Ming Xing were analyzed from development situation,operation, experience.Chapter7is the strategies for further development of country’s Farmer Professional Cooperatives in Youxian.The statements were about strengthening self-construction,perfecting external environment to provide some suggestions for the development.Chapter8is concluding remarks. The content of this paper was summarized, and the direction for further study given. |
