The Innovation Paths Research Of Technology Integration Productization For Technology Venturing Enterprises

At present, China’s economic development is faced with the grim task of transformation and upgrading. In the process of this task, technology venturing enterprises which are still in the start-up stage of the SME is an important driver of promoting the transformation of the economic growth pattern and realizing the adjustment of industrial structure, and it’s also the main force of enhancing the national independent innovation ability and promoting regional economic prosperity and development. Faced with the complex and changeable competitive environment and constant spring up of discontinuous technological change, the original innovation ability of technology venturing enterprises and the key technology research capability remains relatively weak, the original technological innovation way has been unable to adapt to the needs of technological innovation, technology venturing enterprises desperately need new way of technical innovation-----technology integrated innovation to improve the enterprise innovation ability, through technology integration and innovation, forms the product industrialization.How to achieve the technology integration innovation? It is the widespread attention of the domestic and foreign companies, and is a hard problem that we are committed to be solved. There is an urgently need to systematic manage the whole process of product innovation integration, so we may find the best paths of innovation. And it would partly solve the problems that how to effectively melt the technical elements of organic and turned it into real products and productivity that the technology venturing enterprises are facing in the development process. How to advance the technology integration innovation and improve the technical capabilities of the technology venturing enterprises, it will provide a certain theoretical basis and practical guidance for our country’s technology venturing enterprises’product innovation integration development.Firstly, this paper would analyze the related theory and research status of technology integration innovation and technology venturing enterprises, we have adequately understood the background of technology integration innovation and the nature and characteristics of technology venturing enterprises, and analyzed the technology venturing enterprises’studying dynamic status of technology integration innovation, and then putting forward the research problems. Then, this paper would defined the concepts of technology venturing enterprises, technology integration innovation pattern and technology integration productization as well as innovation path. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, it proposed a "technical development technology integration-productization " as the cycle of innovation and technology integration productization innovative model, and according to the innovation model, put forward as the "integration-development-integration" for the transition cycle of technology integration productization innovative dynamically development paths. This paper has explored the development law of technology integration productization innovation paths, and put forward breakthrough type, standard type and transition type,the three kinds of technology integration innovation paths, at the same time, it put forward the evaluation and selection system for the optimization choice of the dynamic path-----the process performance index system and output performance index system of productization innovation path, among them, the process performance is the market demand analysis, technology assessment, technology selection and performance of four indicators of innovation capacity, the output performance is the technology output, economic production and three indicators of market output. The performance of the innovative paths of technology integration productization is an important part of innovative paths of technology integration productization. Finally, through the case analysis of the project which was operated in the Kun Ming some non-ferrous metal smelting equipment design enterprise of the three copper electrolysis anode plastic, this paper introduces that how to choose different technology integration innovation path when the enterprise choose a different technology, and how to use output performance to evaluate the rationality of the selected paths.
