| With the improvement of technology and the acceleration of market globalizing process, the study on integration theory and practice is gradually becoming more and more important. The situation is that new technology and new needs usually appear at the same time, and Technology Integration can adapt such situation more effectively than the traditional paradigm of technology innovation management. Therefore, as a new technology innovation management paradigm, Technology Integration is being paid close attention to in practice. The study on the theory and practice of Technology Integration focus on the following issues: How to comprehend it accurately? How to apply it to real practice? How to realize it effectively?In Chapter One, the background, the main work, and the frame of this paper are presented. Then the overview of Technology Integration theory and research status at home and aboard is given in Chapter Two. Next, the paper elaborates the theory foundation of Technology Integration, and then analyzes its concept in detail. In Chapter Four, seven major steps have been established to clarify Technology Integration. These courses include organization platform set-up, product architecture set-up, technology analysis, technology selection, technology sourcing, technology application and technology creation. Chapter Five provides two patterns of Technology Integration, which are revolutionary and evolutionary approaches. Technology Integration's performance evaluation is studied in Chapter Six. From the prospective of process performance and output performance, the evaluation system of Technology Integration is constructed, and also the method to evaluate the whole performance is provided. Chapter Seven presents the significance and suggestions to implement Technology Integration. The last chapter summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the paper, and the future research work is also suggested. |
