A Study Of Technology Integration On Manufacturing In Interest Mechanism

The global competition drives enterprises to make adjustment and innovation within the external environment variation and inner resource restriction. Since 1980s, technology innovation has been adopted widely in many Chinese enterprises; most of them have been benefit from it.However, technological innovation is the commercialization of new technology applications, only developed product technology does not mean that the success of enterprise technology innovation, the only goal of enterprise technology innovation is that the product technology be applied to volume -production and cost-effective products to market access. Whether at the national level or enterprise level, the development of laboratory technology into mass production line of products in our country's technological innovation is the weak link.Obviousely, Technology Integration on Manufacturing (TIM) after technology innovation tend to be the new problem. TIM has been brought forward to help corporations in China improve technology capability and management competence. It is not only a technical innovation needs to continue to study the theoretical issues,it also offers a new conceptual foundation for the government to adjust policy of technology innovation in enterprise and even in industry.This paper discusses the following issues:(1) Through in-depth interpretation of a large number of domestic and foreign literature and the case, this paper carry out normative theoretical research from a new theoretical perspective on the TIM, and put forward the theory definition to TIM , research content, and compared the TIM with the relevant concept.(2) On the basis of theoretical research, this paper developed a new framework for analying TIM internal mechanism.The TIM as an innovative continue, this paper researches the TIM on the core-fundction,intergrated elements and technology progress,and developed the three-dimensional structure of the model(3) Based on the study of the internal mechanism of TIM, At the same time, this paper analys the TIM on the support systems, including: TIM knowledge management process, the organizational model of TIM and the interests of mechanism of TIM process.(4) Based on in-depth interviews with enterprise integration and surveys, This paper analyze the relationship between TIM performance and TIM elements and process by using statistical model.(5) In support of this paper's related thinking and theory, this paper summed up two typical cases on the biopharmaceutical industry .(6) On the basis of summarizing the preliminary conclusions, this paper devoped the ways of improving the capacity of China's enterprises TIM and strategies...
