The Construction Research On Green Management System Of YQ Company

In the new situation of Ecological economy’s globalization, the non tariff barrier"green barrier" which developed countries against developing countries has graduallybecome the main trade barriers. Economic growth mode which is at the price of resourcesand environment has hindered the healthy development of China’s enterprises. Modernenterprises will trend ruined necessarily if blindly adhere to the extensive economic growthmode. Enterprises must balance development ecological and environment, seek a greendevelopment path, in order to achieve sustainable development.In this paper, I analyze the current situation and exiting problems of YQ’s greenmanagement, give some improvement measures about green culture, green designand production, green procurement, green feeding and delivery, green humanresources management, green marketing and service by using some methods such asliterature analysis，empirical research, case analysis; introducing some theory of greenmanagement and circular economy; summarizing main strategies of foreign enterpriseabout green management and using porter’s theory of "value chain"; building up the systemof YQ’s green management; analyzing every component in the system. I hope that thesuggestions and conclusions of the study could help YQ’s green management in the future,and also could provide some beneficial reference value for those modern corporationswhich want to seek and explore the sustainable development; the result can provide someextent reference.
