Research On The Effect Of Green Supply Chain Risk Control And Effectiveness On Supply Chain Integration Capacity In The Context Of Circular Economy

Problems such as shortage of resources,increasing electronic waste and increased environmental pollution have plagued the development of China's electronic product manufacturing industry.Driven by the circular economy policy,green supply chain management as an effective management practice is one of the important management strategies for the green development of China's electronic product manufacturing industry.However,there are more risks in the green supply chain,which have a greater impact on the production and operation of the enterprise.It is difficult for green suppliers to find and the low response level of customer demand has become a bottleneck in the development of green supply chains in the electronic product manufacturing industry.In order to form a good cooperative relationship between the enterprise and suppliers and customers,the enterprise can implement supply chain integration,and at the same time,it can help rationalize the green supply chain resources,increase its competitive advantage,and create value for the enterprise.Green supply chain risk has been paid much attention by scholars and managers,but there are few researches on the relationship between risk control and supply chain integration ability.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to deeply explore the impact of green supply chain risk control on supply chain capacity integration,and analyze the enterprise benefits generated by the integration of supply chain,which has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of the circular economy model of China's electronic products manufacturing enterprises and the development of green supply chain management.First,this article reviews the domestic and foreign related research on circular economy theory and green supply chain.On this basis,a theoretical model of the supply chain integration capability of the electronic product manufacturing industry is constructed,and four research hypotheses are proposed.Then,200 valid questionnaires of electronic products manufacturing enterprises were obtained by questionnaire survey method.SPSS 22 and Amos 24 software are used to analyze the data,and the best fitting model of the relationship between green supply chain risk control and supply chain integration capability of electronic products manufacturing enterprises are obtained and the research hypothesis are tested.The research results of this paper show that green procurement risk control,green manufacturing risk control and green sales risk control among electronic product manufacturing companies are all positively related to supply chain integration capabilities.It is worth noting that green procurement risk control and green manufacturing risk control It has a very significant role in promoting the improvement of supply chain integration capabilities.In addition,good supply chain integration has a positive impact on the performance of electronic product manufacturing companies.This article believes that,in the context of circular economy,electronic product manufacturing companies should combine the specific environment and organizational conditions,pay special attention to green procurement risk control and green manufacturing risk control,and then improve the integration capability within and between organizations.At the same time,the effective improvement of integration capabilities can reduce supply chain risks to a certain extent,create a green production environment,increase core competitiveness,and enable electronic product manufacturing companies to occupy a favorable position in a complex and fierce market.In short,this article brings some management implications for the improvement of green supply chain management in China's electronic product manufacturing industry,and provides a new perspective for promoting the steady growth of China's green supply chain and the high-quality development of circular economy.
