Land is an indispensable and rare source to the existence anddevelopment of human beings. With the expansion of population and the evolvement ofurbanization, more and more problems occur to all walks of life. Moreover, the landsource is improperly used, which causes the disrupt land use structure and is notconsistent with regional security. So, human beings should take a new view towards therelationship between us and nature and find out a way to coordinate the relationshipwith regional safety. As a result, we have to discuss how to optimize land use structureto coordinate regional security.This thesis adopts theories like the system theory, control theory, couplingcoordination theory, man-earth relationship theory, ecological economics theory, theoryof sustainable development, and so on, models like model of land utilization’s spacechanges, model of land utilization’s number changes, model of coupling coordinationdegree, model of comprehensive system evaluation, model of coupling correlationdegree, model of grey multiple objectives planning, and so on. This thesis begins withthe analysis of the land utilization structure changes of Wangzhou between the year of2001and2010, then comprehensively evaluates the land utilization structure andregional safety, based on this, follows the analysis the coupling coordination betweenland utilization structure and regional safety, Explore their relationship. at last, with thehelp of the situation of the land utilization structure of Wangzhou, ends with theprediction of the land utilization of Wangzhou in the year of2020.With the research of this thesis, we can get to know that:(1)In the year of2001to2010, about the cultivated land in Wanzhou, uncultivated land decreased, watery landand construction land increased, the land utilization degree is surging and stays in themedium level, and increased year by year.About the structure of land utilization,cultivated land and forest land are very important, uncultivated land is least important.The most converged structure change happens among forest land, cultivated land,watery land and construction land, which greatly changed the land utilization structure. (2)Between the year2001and2010, the comprehensive evaluation value of landutilization structure is continuingly increasing, in2001, it was only0.01, but in2010, itreached0.3134. This caused the increasing of regional safety comprehensivelyevaluated value, in2001, it was0.1562, in2010, it reached0.6610. During this period,the coupling coordination between land utilization and regional safety is in mediumcoordinated level, shows the relationship between is larger. This is not high but withcontinual bettering trend. In2010, it was only0.4938.(3)It is predicted that in2020,grass land, forest land, watery land, and construction land will increase, cultivated landand uncultivated land will decrease. This is consistent with the idea of urbanization andecological city of Wangzhou. This can illustrate the practical value of this optimizedplan. |
