The Research On The Linkage Mechanism Of Chinese Automotive Procurement Logistic Based In TPL

With the continuous improvement of per capita income of China, automobile market of China has made a great development.Driven by the market and foreign auto brands, domestic auto companies also have a rapid development.Competing with foreign or joint venture brand auto companies,Chinese auto companies have two disadvantages that are automotive technology and production management.In a short time,it is impossible that Chinese auto companies can achieve the level of foreign auto companies in automotive technology.Because most advanced automotive technology has been monopolized by foreign enterprises.And the level of production management can increase quickly by learning foreign advanced experience.Automotive procurement logistic is an important part of production management.Because this part occupies lots of money of automobile enterprises.And Chinese automobile companies can improve a lot in this part.In order to gain more competitive advantage,Chinese automobile enterprises must do a good job in this part.Automotive procurement logistic is a complex link and closely related to production.In the background of the rapid development of TPL(Third-Party Logistic),the linkage mechanism of TPL,supplier,automobile enterprises has a practical significance to Chinese auto companies.This paper study automotive procurement logistic in three aspects:supplier management, JIT and supply-chain management The main work involves the following five parts:First, this paper analyzes the current situation of automotive procurement logistic researching from Chinese and foreign scholars by searching and comparing literature.And then determine the research objectSecond,this part define the concepts which are related to research.The concepts contains automotive logistic,automotive procurement logistic,TPL(Third-Party Logistic).The theory which are related to automotive procurement logistic management are supplier management, JIT and supply-chain management.Third,this part analyzes automotive procurement logistic of Chinese automobile enterprises with the SWOT theory.The methods which use analyzing contain network data collection,personal work experience,talking with people who work in automobile enterprise and comparing with foreign automobile enterprise.Fourth,According to the problem from the analysis of the third part,this part raise purchasing logistics outsourcing strategy which supplier involvement in.And then analyzes the outsourcing strategy in these area:advantages of outsourcing strategy,two modes of TPL to be selected,the classification of suppliers,TPL selection steps which supplier involvement in,TPL selection factors from three angle,TPL management mechanism which supplier involvement in.Fifth,based on the market competition,information sharing platform and logistics standardization,this part raise linkage mechanism which involve TPL,supplier and Chinese automobile enterprise.And then explain how the linkage mechanism be applied to transportation and inventory optimization.Finally, Part six concludes the whole article and give research prospects.
