With the impact of the pace of reforms after accession to the WTO and thedeepening of the international financial crisis, China’s auto sales industry isexperiencing unprecedented challenges. Mainly from the rapid expansion of the scaleof the extensive development in order to enhance the competitiveness of the brand’sintensive development, it has become an inevitable choice for tight encirclement ofChina’s automobile sales industry. We know that work is the basis for the analysis of humanresource management, advanced human resource management is premise and workconditions, job analysis study of good human resource management has anindispensable role and significance.This thesis, car sales for the main business of private enterprise job analysisproject for the study. Combined with the company’s own characteristics, based on jobanalysis, division of labor, organization and contingency theories and strategies,functions and business processes based on factors such as the status of the post systemfor analysis, research and optimization, design a practical and consistent with thecompany has characteristics of modern human resource management job analysisprograms to achieve the stated objectives of the project, to some extent, solve the FRCompany management Department aftermarket existing problems, the company’snext stage of development for the FR has played a certain role.This paper is divided into five parts. Through the results and findings of thispaper reveals the work of the project in addition to the routine analysis of basicmanagement and corporate human resource development has an important role, butalso that the system fully combine business strategy, organizational structure andfunctions of the allocation for construction the necessity to improve the post system.We hope this research can provide a reference for research analysis and optimization,and also can provide the same type of business practice in more job management andhuman resource management to provide useful help and experience.
