Nowadays, after twenty year’s rapid development, the real estate has become the pillar industry of Chinese economy. Real estate industry has its particularity, but there is no denying that the survival and development of real estate enterprises is still largely dependent on the best talent. So how to attract excellent talents, retain good people and make good use of them has become the important problem that the real estate should think about.SJ Real Estate Company is private. Staff training is the common problem. At the same time, SJ Real Estate Company’ salesmen have their own problems. Most of them have low degrees and lack of professional knowledge, good quality and sense of belonging to the enterprise. All of the problems have strictly restricted the development of enterprise. How to promote the overall quality of SJ Real Estate Company’s salesmen; excavate their biggest potential, and make them work for the enterprise, which are the problems SJ Real Estate Company must solve as soon as possible.On the basis of the relevant training theory, the paper uses the methods of questionnaire, interview to study and analyze the problems of SJ Real Estate Company’s existing marketing staff training system to find the following problems. Firstly, the training activities do not have organizational guarantee. Secondly, all of the training activities do not get insufficient attention and training demand analyses. Thirdly, there is no scientific training effect evaluation method and the trainers’ appointment is too casual. And there is no systematic training course. To solve the above problems, this paper improves the existing training system and creates a new system suiting industry’s characteristics, enterprise development strategy, marketing strategy and employees’ career planning.Hope that SJ Real Estate Training redesigned system will get the company’s attention on the sales staff training, improve the overall quality of the sales staff to a certain extent and reduce the turnover rate of sales staff. At the same time, it can provide a model for the company’s other departments’training activities In recent years, the rapid development of the real estate industry covers SJ Real Estate Company’s problems about the sales staff management, but the rapid development of the industry will eventually return to be rational. Therefore, to face the problems and solve the problem in advance, is the enterprise’key point to go further than other companies.
