Research On Performance Evaluation Of Enterprise Informationization Based On The Knowledge Management

As IT, mobile communication technology and knowledge technology are developing increasingly, the knowledge and information technology are becoming the two most popular topics in present. In order to face and deal with the marketing competition and promote the business management, more and more enterprises grip the two strategic resources:information and knowledge, are concerned about the knowledge management when constructing various information systems, put a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources into enterprise information construction. And enterprise information construction has become the inevitable requirement for the enterprise survival and development.On the base of combining and learning the theory, experience and methodology of the enterprise informationizing performance evaluation researches, the study constructs the models to evaluate the performance based on the knowledge management theory. To research the relationship and the degree of the impact on the enterprise informationizing performance from the operation environment, processes two aspects. The study makes a more detailed classification, determines the impact factors: knowledge management operation environment (technology support, organization structure, personnel training, organization culture), knowledge management processes (knowledge creation, knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing, knowledge application). The study evaluates the enterprise informationizing performance from four aspects:financial, customer, internal processes, learning and innovation. Moreover, the study proposes a lot of research hypotheses, analyzes and processes the sample data via the empirical study with the models, test and verify the relationship and effect between the operation environment and knowledge management processes, between the operation environment and the enterprise informationizing performance, between the knowledge management processes and the enterprise informationizing performance. The study takes the enterprises as the objects of study which are constructing their infomationizing, collect the sample data for research via designing and delivering the questionnaires. According to the questionnaires, the study designs the evaluating items by combining the researches of the domestic and foreign scholars, and makes the scores with the Likert scale. And the study analyzes the effective sample data to test the proposed hypotheses by using the SPSS software, the analyses including the descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. By analyzing, the study makes the below conclusions, the operation environment has the obvious positive effect on the knowledge management processes, the operation environment also has the obvious positive effect on the enterprise informationizing performance, moreover, the organization structure and culture play an important role in the effect, the knowledge management processes have the obvious positive effect on the enterprise informationizing performance, furthermore, the knowledge creation and application make a great effort to effect the performance.By analyzing the results, the study proposes some advises:create the learning organization culture and flat, networked organization structure; strengthen the management of the implicit knowledge and focus on the knowledge creation and application; establish the scientific and reasonable evaluation criteria.The innovations of the study including designing the specific model applied for evaluating the enterprise informationizing performance by combining the knowledge management theory, proposing a series of research hypotheses and making the specific conclusions by analyzing and processing the sample data with the SPSS software.The study hopes to propose some valuable advices by the empirical research to the enterprises to promote the performance, and to provide the guidance for implementation of knowledge management and enterprise informationization.
