The Theory And Method Research Of Performance Evaluation Of Informationization Strategy In Electric Power Enterprise

Bussiness informationization strategy (BIS) is an important part of business strategy (BS), It's important that bussiness informationization strategy keeps alignment with business strategy. The electric power enterprises always attach importance to plan of informationization strategy. The article attempts to introduce SAM to study the alignment of BS and BIS in electric power enterprises and brings forward the critical success factors; then sets up IT balanced scorecard (ITBSC) and indexes which evaluates informationization strategetic performance of electric power enterprise basing on balanced scorecard; finally, the article evaluates informationization strategic performance in the electric power enterprise which used AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evalution and sets up model which evaluate the informationization strategetic performance in electric power enterprise using BP neural network.
