| In2008, developed countries suffered a strong impact from the financial industry, followed by its influence gradually spread to the other industries, affecting the normal operation and development of the country, on one hand, the financial crisis has led to the disorder of financial industry in developed countries, and the unemployment rate rose frequently, on the other hand, the main factor accelerated the pace of the world migrants, and promoted the transfer of the remaining human capital from developing countries, forming a new worldwide immigration. Chinese investment immigration is generated in this background, so the investment immigration is a product of economic globalization and political globalization.This paper combined literature research, comparative studies and empirical research methods to analyze the population, influencing factors, migration direction and the significance of Chinese immigrants. First, China is one of the major population mobility participating countries, but also a country had the most outflows populous, so the study has important practical value for the study of Chinese immigrants and the current development of China. Study concluded that the Chinese immigrants are mainly investment-based immigration, and the private entrepreneurs investing is one of the largest immigrant groups, therefore the Chinese immigrant population becomes the main force in the world for investment immigration. From the perspective of social stratification of China, they are mostly Chinese middle class; aging generally between35to50; intellectual elite and economic elite dominated the most immigrants, especially the new rich of the economic elite. Secondly, after analysis, the main factors of the immigration are the environment and personal needs, which the utilitarian factor dominant the needs of the individual, personal safety and investment property for investment immigration behavior need to be taken, and it is the result of actions under the instrumental rationality. Three main types of investment immigration flows include the traditional immigration countries, the modern nation of immigrants and the small immigrant; traditional immigration countries favored by the rich in China relied on the completeness and reliability of its immigration policies, and have the largest number of approved investment immigration applications. The third part discusses the exaggerated word and the mass controversy of the domestic and foreign investment. The correct interpretation of the impact of investment on immigration is particularly important, because Chinese investment immigration is the third time in the history of Chinese immigration summit; Emergence and development of Chinese private entrepreneurs enhance our national immigration and immigrants image.
