The Private Entrepreneurs In The Process Of Socialist Industrialization With Hubei Province As A Case Study

In1949, the establisiment of New China brought the historic shift of Chinese society, adding the prefix "Socialism"in front of Chinese industrialization. According to the situations at home and abroad of different historical period, the Communist Party of China has being kept exploring and practising about promoting the industrialization,in order to accomplish industrialization and build China into a great socialist country.Along with the staged layout of socialist industrializationg,the private entrepreneurs which can influence the national economy experiencing the fate of ups and downs.Objectively,privat entrepreneurs can’t immune from the policy’s compulsory effects and present a growth curve from fading to still,then renaissance.Subjectively,they experience mental course with the mark of history in the transform from capitalists to workers,from worker to the targets of revolution and to socialist builders.This paper put the private entrepreneurs into sixty-years-industrialization to disscuss,descrbing their growth curve.The period from1949to1956was the foundation of Chinese socialist industrialization.At that time, the private entrepreneurs whice be called national bourgeoisie,made a contribution to the recovery of national economy when the nation began.Then,this group became from capitalists to workers because of socialist transformation,rapidly fading away.The hostorical practice from1957to1977was not only the overall development,but also a bendy process for Chinese socialist industrialization.The private entrepreneurs in this period couldn’t find any soil for growth according to the nationla policy,so they kept silence during this industrial scene that based on the highly planned economy system and be glutted with class struggle.After1987,a new kind of socialist industrialization with Chinese characteristics gradually formed because of ideological emancipation and stuctural reform,so that the private entrepreneurs gain rebirth in the policy to be reviewed.The formation of the private entrepreneurs’growth curve above-mentioned due to the demands of policy change that made by the advance of socialist industrialization,and at the same time, the private entrepreneurs’living state affect the promotion of Chinese socialist industrailiazation.For China, focusing on the value of the private entrepreneurs and discussing its growing demands have a realistic significance in this crucial period to make the transition to hyper-industrialization.
