In recent years, in the field of water treatment equipment, engineering designhas achieved rapid development, have continued to increase over the relevantcompanies, the competition has become increasingly fierce. As a relatively new field,the field of knowledge workers how to conduct performance appraisal is placed in theresponsible persons theorists also a problem. Knowledge workers to difficulties in itsperformance appraisal primarily mental, objective assessment indicators belownormal, subjective assessment indicators is not easy to grasp. Therefore, how toresearch and find the knowledge-based employee performance appraisal indexproblems and the reasons behind these problems deeply dissected, is the key torebuilding a knowledge-based employee performance appraisal indicators.In this paper, XN companies, for example, is designed to help rebuild XNcompany performance measure knowledge workers, and promote the healthydevelopment of a knowledge-based company XN staff performance appraisal. To thisend, this paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, whichdiscusses the background, significance, contents and methods; Chapter II is aliterature review section, to study the theory and basic knowledge workerperformance appraisal; Chapter III of XN company Status indicatorsknowledge-based employee performance appraisal are described; Chapter IV XNperformance measure of the company’s knowledge workers the problems and thereasons for a more in-depth analysis, XN fifth chapter presents the company’sknowledge-based employee performance assessment indicators redevelopmentproposal, Chapter VI is the conclusion.
