In this situation, central region also get a lot of foreign tradedevelopment,with the industrial transfer from developed countries to developing countries, coastal areasto inland areas, the central economic zone will be able to undertake the transfer of these industries. Since the entering of the21st century, henan province actively implement the opening-up policy and the strategy of "going out",efforts to expand the international market, actively cope with the changing of the international market.Henan province’s foreign trade has made great achievements, the growth rate of foreign trade goes faster,the increasing scale and total import and export of foreign trade, rank first in the six provinces in central,thecommodity structure of import and export are adjusted, which has a good development prospect.Although the henan province’s foreign trade has made great achievements, but overall, it still existsmany problems. Export products structure and industrial structure are unreasonable, products’ science andtechnology content and added value are low, which suffer many barriers of international trade. It lacks theleading enterprises and independent brands, product does not have its own advantage and lack ofinternational competitiveness in the international market,. regional development is uncoordinated, there’s abig difference about foreign trade development around the city, especially in the provincial capital ofzhengzhou, it leads to the development of foreign trade in other cities. Products which are exported tocountries and the area is relatively concentrated, the main export markets are concentrated in NorthAmerica, the European Union, Japan and other regions,if changes occurre in the international market,it willface greater market risk and political risk. These factors seriously restrict the development of foreign tradein henan province. To solve these problems, henan province should expand the international market, likeAfrica, Latin America and other regions of the market, we should actively expand the scale of import andexport,adjust the product structure, actively develop processing trade and export-oriented industrial clustersand pillar industry, improve the ability of resist risks of enterprises and products export competitiveness.weshould catch the opportunity of industry transfer, foster a batch of industrial scale which has a highagglomeration effect and can quickly form scale export industry base. Like foxconn enterprises in henan,drive the development of the mobile phone industry chain upstream or downstream, its foreign trade plays asignificant role in henan province.
