With the global manufacturing enterprises in an increasingly competitive, how toimprove quality, control costs, improve efficiency, increase customer satisfaction, sohas become placed in front of the production enterprises serious problem. Especiallythe rising cost of domestic raw materials, human resources costs, manufacturing costs,labor-intensive manufacturing advantages gradually disappear. In domestic productionenterprises to implement lean manufacturing continuous improvement project is verynecessary and timely.This paper describes a number of theories and techniques of lean productionmethods, scholars from home and abroad enterprises described in detail the concept oflean production and how to use lean manufacturing to achieve continuousimprovement of research projects. Articles from the research background andsignificance, describing what we now need to use lean manufacturing to achievecontinuous improvement projects a sense of urgency. Lean manufacturing andcontinuous improvement in the interpretation of the concept. For lean productionthrough domestic research status in this regard, we see gaps and deficiencies.
