Confronted with the globe marketing competition that is gradually intensive, more and more enterprises hope that their employees can be organized to learn systematic expertise and new skills effectively to improve their core competition. One the other hand, learning needs for employees are more and more tied up to their work, so employees are also expecting urgently to gain instant training.From the perspective of enterprise learning patters, the dissertation analyzed the limitations of current e-learning system development that most enterprises have used, and then constructed a new e-learning-based enterprise training system model. The model is designed to support formal learning as well as informal learning, to provide an instant learning environment for employees. Under such an environment, employees have many learning avenues, such as learning by selecting Multimedia course, by exchanging ideas with others in knowledge community, or by searching knowledge ware or information management platform. Beside above, this dissertation also elaborated the categories of training courses, development team and project development flow, and demonstrated the basic development process of training course by means of an instance. Finally, the author designed an e-learning-based enterprise training system and expatiated the system development plan and the technical realization method.
