Individual housing loan risk is an important risk management process of commercial bank, in all the risks of the commercial bank occupies a very important position, therefore, to maintain personal housing mortgage loan in good yield, has become an important issue currently facing A bank Baoding branch. Therefore, in this paper the author from the development situation of A bank Baoding branch at the present stage of individual housing loan business of Baoding City, combined with the local economic development and the basic situation of Baoding City real estate market, operating norms of A bank Baoding branch individual housing loan borrowers personal basic information and bank lending personnel investigation, try to find the cause the main factors of breach of contract, and to reduce the risk of loans, housing loans to individuals yields keep good design effective solutions, and then put forward the reasonable and scientific suggestions for further improving the A default bank Baoding branch individual housing loans.
