The Characteristics Of Spatial Distribution And Its Changing Of China’s Rich Labor Resources

Labor resources is the biggest proportion of the population groups of the population, isan important factor affecting a national and regional development and economic growth in theregion, especially today’s knowledge economy era dominated labor productivity as a subject,is to achieve a sustainable society development of essential personnel security andintelligence support. In this paper, the status of labor resources in China as the starting point,based on the combination of demography, geography and economics theory of experience,through ArcGIS draw thematic maps, analysis, measurement methods and means of thespatial distribution of labor resources in China, changes in characteristics and influencingfactors were analyzed.Firstly, this paper elaborates on the importance of research of space distribution of laborresources, summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant theory and method of research todetermine the research idea. In China’s31provincial administrative unit as the basic researchunit, select the third to the sixth census data and demographic data of the year2000、2010, asthe basis of statistical data, to study and analysis of the basic features of Chinese laborresources, China’s labor resources has the total increased but the trend has slowed, agingproblems, sex ratio into balance, quality improvement and non-agriculture tendency obviouscharacteristics.Secondly, from the proportion, density, quality, industrial distribution of labor resources,analyzing China’s labor resources through the characteristics of the spatial distribution and itschanges, the labor resources center of gravity and spatial autocorrelation trajectory and spacedistribution of China’s labor resources since the correlation analysis, conclusion that theChinese labor resources spatial distribution and its changes of regional characteristics, andalso reveals its regularities of distribution.Thirdly, after understanding the characteristics of the spatial distribution and its changesof the Chinese labor resources,I discussed the influence factors in this paper, Using SPSSsoftware through the correlation analysis on the natural factors and social economic factors,the natural factors such as topography is just the basic condition of the spatial distribution oflabor resources, actually social and economic factors such as social resources, economies ofscale, industrial structure, and education resources are the dominant factors affecting thedistribution. Finally, in view of characteristics showed by the spatial distribution and the variation ofChina’s labor resources, combined with its influencing factors, I put forward somecountermeasures and suggestions to the rational layout of China’s labor resources.
