This thesis take the design process of TN company’s pay management system as the main object of study, discussed the application of mechanism of broadband pay theory in TN company, diagnosed the problems of original pay system by using the first hand data survey method, interviews and questionnaires and then put forward method and aim for correction. Then rebuild the TN company’s broadband pay system according to the principles and steps of the broadband pay system design, suggested the guarantee measures for employeeing the new pay scheme successfully.In order to solve the problem of quantifying and compareing relative value between positions, this paper evaluated the value of position by HAY method and then get grading results of all positions accordance with the established evaluation program. Formatted position sequence according to the score ranking.The last result of pay design is that reconsolidate and squeeze the fifteen pay grade of the old pay system into five position levels(A,B, C, D, E five levels), and distinguished five Position band in every position level, thus this pay system have a wider pay range and appropriate degree of overlap of pay. In various position band of the same level, the employees can get lateral moves and compensation increases by improving the technical level and work ability of their own. They have access to earn the same pay as the upper position level’s, to break the shackles of the old pay system that the employees must be promoted and improved the echnical post title for a raise. Technical staff’s pay have three overlaps with upper position level. As long as through their own efforts, the core technical personnel can achieve the same pay as the senior management positions’, It embodies the characteristics that pay scheme is inclined to key positions and key technical personnel and solve the problem of keeping and introducing key technical personnel from the perspective of pay. In the design of pay structure, this paper used the pay structure of blending type and broke the limit of simplicity of the old pay structure, and it add seniority and education wage etc. According to the different categories of position personnel, it determine the scale of different performance wageThis design take account of both security and incentive and help to reduce the wastage and improve the staffs sense of belonging.
