The popularization of e-learning has been facilitated by the development of computer technology. As a new form of training, e-learning provides a platform for web learning. Integrated with the process of enterprise knowledge management, e-learning is going to be used for enterprise knowledge organization and personalized knowledge supply. However, there is still a big gap between its current effect of use and expect of enterprises. This may due to two causes. One is the knowledge requirement, and the other is the knowledge supply. There is a large amount of research on the two aspects, but most of them are from different perspective. The theories and methodologies they developed also have respective strengths and weaknesses. Few researches have a global view of the whole process.Based on distributed current research achievements on knowledge requirements and supply of e-learning, in this essay, we built a integrated model of the entire process. Starting with the definition of enterprise knowledge for e-learning, an enterprise knowledge model (EKM) and an individual's knowledge model (IKM) have been developed. As the expected knowledge status the EKM is built with the approach of task analysis and cognitive analysis. On the other hand, the IKM is built on the basis of Concept map as the current knowledge status. The gap between the two statuses is considered to be the knowledge requirement of e-learning. Then, the standard of SCORM model is being used in knowledge organization, and strategies of knowledge supply, such as classified content package and learning routes are given to be a guide in the use's e-learning process.Further more, on basis of the entire process model, a practice of e-learning design has been done about the loan business training for new employees of a commercial bank and the operability of all methods and tools in the entire process model has been discussed. Besides, according to the Gap theory in the domain of service quality management, the entire process model is divided into four phases and a Markov chain simulation has been done in order to discuss each phase's influence to the final training results.
