Since the industry and business separation, the tobacco commercial companybears the tasks of tobacco planting management, cigarette wholesale, marketingmanagement and so on. In recent years, through the implementation of reformmeasures such as: market orientation reform, overall standardization, the assetmanagement system clearance and “promote the cigarette level”, China’s tobaccocommercial enterprise competitiveness has improved significantly. But we mustsoberly realize that the tobacco industry development in our country is facing largerchallenges like “tobacco control, system improvement, harmonious construction,international competition”. And problems like “a lower growth, heavier inventory,more narrow space, and the demand is approaching a turning point”. That means atpresent stage, the tobacco commercial enterprise’s sustainable development abilityneeds further approve.In a word, the tobacco commercial company’s sustainable development isaffected by positive and negative factors from both internal and external. At first, themanagement conception should be changed, then create an innovation managementmode, to promote the commercial company’s sustainable development ability.Given this, in this paper, based on the sustainable development theory, combinedwith the enterprise sustainable development theory and strategy management theory,use the SWOT strategic analysis tools, the author redefine the concept andconnotation of the tobacco commercial enterprise’s sustainable development, analyzethe evolution and the development status of the tobacco commercial enterprise.Combining the perspectives and ideas of sustainable development, put forward thenew innovation of the tobacco commercial enterprise management model design, thenew management mode including sustainable development perspective strategicpositioning, culture management model innovation, management system and systeminnovation, function management system innovation and the evaluation of theenterprise. In the end, put Y city’s tobacco company as an example, discuss theapplication of improved strategic management model, put forward new orientation forthe new management mode.In conclusion: at present, the tobacco commercial company needs to perfect the management mode, so as to insecure the country’s financial revenue plan, insecure theenterprise’s sustainable development, and guarantee the benefits of the planter, thesaler, and the consumers better.
