With the growing globalization of the economy, the importance of corporateperformance management are also increasingly prominent. At present, more and morecompanies begin to pay attention to the performance management. Especially in anincreasingly competitive tobacco industry, how to choose the right performancemanagement tools to manage, and how to apply to the performance managementsystem to achieve business objectives in the future, become a problem urgently to besolved in the tobacco industry. However,in our country, the tobacco commercialenterprise performance evaluation is still in the exploratory stage,it restricted toChina’s tobacco industry system, the "pot" historical reasons, the uneven division oftobacco company departments and posts, tobacco companies within the relationalemployees face influence factors and so on, the actual effect of tobacco commercialenterprise performance appraisal work is not ideal. Therefore, performance appraisalsystem should be researched and formulated, which can meet the demand of tobaccomarket, adapt to the tobacco system reform trends, guide the tobacco commercialenterprise management, and it could satisfy the requirement of employee benefits, ithas important significance on improving the reliability and validity of the tobaccocommercial enterprise performance.Based on China’s tobacco industry special monopoly management system, thispaper describes the current status of YT tobacco commercial enterprise performanceappraisal system,analyzes its shortcomings,Discusses how the traditional BSC,combining ideas to design new processes BSC performance evaluation methods,imported and used in YT tobacco business performance managementprocess.According to the four dimensions of the corporate sector learning progress,business process level, financial and internal and external customer service set upperformance evaluation index and its weight, analysis on the implementation effect ofthe new system. Clearly further improved method, developed the implementationprocess of the new performance management system.Through research and discussion in this paper, after the tobacco companies onYT performance management system has been optimized to make to adapt to thecurrent development YT tobacco performance evaluation model based on BSC. This helps companies to gain advantage in the future competitive market at home andabroad. This performance indicator system for enterprises is a scientific and feasiblefor other tobacco companies in the same industry who also has some reference.The innovation of this paper is based on the BSC by constructing YT tobaccocommercial enterprise performance evaluation index system and managementprocesses,converting the traditional BSC performance evaluation methods to containprocess of the ideas of new BSC method. Through the index design, process designand result analysis of three links to the traditional BSC method was updated.Effectively avoid the strategic objectives and corporate performance management outof touch. It enables YT tobacco performance appraisal system more scientific andeffective.
