Accompanied by the strengthening of the tobacco market and tobacco control,the external environment facing China’s tobacco companies are undergoingenormous changes, while the lack of response experience in the enterprises ofChina’s tobacco monopoly system for a long time. To adapt to the changingcompetitive environment, tobacco companies must develop appropriate strategies,tobacco companies must therefore analyze the environment to a strategic vision,strategic thinking, and actively develop its long-term development andimplementation of a series of strategic decision-making and planning in order toachieve the enterprise environment, capacity, and business objectives, dynamicbalance and unity.This article first proposed tobacco commercial enterprise in China is facing thedual constraints of the market-oriented and the tobacco control movement, clear boththe impact of the development of China’s tobacco business enterprise, and then cometo the conclusion of the business strategic adjustment of China’s tobacco business;then, China’s tobacco business enterprises the basis of the external environment, andconduct research on the internal situation of the tobacco business enterprises inChina Jinan tobacco companies, for example, come to the opportunities and threatsfaced by the tobacco business enterprise, its own strengths and weaknesses; Finally,the analysis of the external environment and internal conditions on the developmentstrategy of China’s tobacco business enterprises to design and develop a strategicsafeguards.
