Under The Guidance Of Program Generating Of Financial Consulting Model Research

On traditional financial consulting,the determination of consulting scheme theme mainly rely on the statement of client and preliminary understanding and preliminary analysis. Base on the theme that make detailed and formal analysis and consulting, generate reference program.Traditional financial consulting process, consulting information shortage,lack of external environment and industrial and macro information consideration; the non-financial factors in financial consulting base on qualitative analysis and lack of quantitative analysis, subjective and optional; influencing factors lack of effective combination, ignored the relevance between factors when generating financial scheme, and the generation of financial consulting and analysis of financial separation.Prof. Liang Ge fu (1999) proposes MCS model, making the process of management consulting modular and logical, this paper analyses the main defects of traditional financial consulting,refer to MCS model, point out that make the financial consulting process modular and oriented to the generating scheme to drive the accounting report,data,method and mode rationally, build a special financial consulting method system.This paper assume that external environment is stable, dividing the financial consulting process into four modules. The module of data collection and extraction collecting the financial and non-financial factors, constructing the data table and financial factors index system;The module of factor analysis, extract the key factors affecting the financial through the AHP and Delphi to the financial factors for qualitative of quantitative analysis. The module of creating scheme theme, with key factors as the center of the scheme proposed financial consulting theme. The module of scheme generation, through SWOT linear programming model and utility theory to combined factors, generating clear logical and order priority combinational scheme, to a great extent, improve the feasibility of the implementation of the scheme.
