The Research Of Combination CSF And Consulting Background Based On Utility Value

In recent years, Chinese management consulting industry has rapidly develop ed, but we found that the effect of improving the performance of consulting was no t obvious,the value of management consulting had not played the role to the utmos t degree and the value of enterprise diagnosis had not been well-served in the long-term practice of work and the project.Given this situation,this paper made an intensive study based on utility value and relevant contents based on treatment combination of background research,w hich utilized the concept of critical success factors and consulting background,t he mean of system analysis method and the orthogonal experiment.First of all,the combination theory of the CSF and consulting background studie d,and then 3D structure combined model of CSF and consultant background was build and parsed, while the diagnostic value of the business was divided into pro fessional values, fundamental value and identity value(respectively correspondin g to the consultants utility value, value, the utility value of enterprise and the clie nt utility value). Secondly, the combination of critical success factors and consul tant background under different utility value level was studied.Finally,the consul tant utility value, value, the utility value of business and the client utility value w as studied when success factors and consultant backgrounds were in equilibrium , which provided a reliable basis for improving business diagnosis.The main cont ents and results in full are as follows:(1)3D structure combined model of CSF and consultant background was build and parsed based on the utility value and the combination theory of the critical success factor and consulting background.(2)The critical success factors were investigated by the enterprise life cycle, the life cycle, value engineering methods and the SWOT system,which was bas ed on the theory of utility value.There are three main kinds of structure mode:" CSF+SWOT", "CSF+LC", "CSF+VE"in finding the structured consulting backg round and pointing out the structure pattern of the key success factors and the co nsulted background.(3)The utility brought by combination of the critical success factors and consulting background under different utility value level was verified and calculated by using the orthogonal test method, which proved rationality of the c ombination and the operability of enhancing the diagnostic value of business.
