The Identification And Quantification Study Of Risk Factors In The Pledge Assessment Of Intellectual Property

As intangible assets pledged in nationwide, different banks pledge mode appeared.It’s no doubt that intellectual property pledge financing means a lot to small andmedium-sized enterprises, especially to science and technology enterprises, but thevalue of intellectual property rights pledge has been a major bottleneck of intellectualproperty pledge financing, and the core issue is the identifying and evaluating of the riskfactors influencing the pledge value of intellectual property rights.This paper summarizes the risk factors influencing the value of intellectualproperty rights pledge in the maximum possible and get information about the riskinfluence factors of intellectual property rights pledge value through the form ofquestionnaires on the basis of existing literature. Then I establish the relation betweenthe risk factors and revenue sharing rate through statistical software to get the revenuesharing rate model, and finally get the collateral value of intellectual property throughthe basic thoughts of the income method. At last, I demonstrate the applicability of themodel through the application of the specific case.Main innovation points of this article are: firstly, as the existing research methodscannot make reliable and objective judgment to specific risk factors influencing thevalue of intellectual property rights pledge, in this article we use multiple regression toanalyze the risk factors influencing the value of intellectual property rights pledge bySPSS software and get the risk factors system that influence the value of intellectualproperty rights pledge with great powers of persuasion.Secondly, the existing evaluation model lay particular stress on mathematicalanalysis of the risk factors to get intellectual property pledge ratio index and calculatethe evaluation value. This article builds expert-play-table to get revenue sharing rateand calculate the evaluation value, using the expertise of experts in varies fields whichincreases the reliability assessment value. Rate of revenue sharing model solves thefuzzy estimation for revenue sharing rate which contributes to the evaluation ofinnovation.
